"Handy location just off the 401 and 5 minute drive to the town and 15 scenic minutes to Rockport. Single storey, clean, comfy rooms, Welcoming and helpful staff, Adequate breakfast, Great statue of a fish (Salmon?) as you drive in,"

"The property is older but has had some upgrades while keeping it's original charm. Our room was clean and was surprising large. Some amenities are missing that are found in newer hotels. There's no elevator and the spa was closed during our visit. The staff are excellent and do their best with requests and making sure you enjoy your stay. Breakfast was OK, nothing fancy and some dishes tasted pre-made (ie. like buffet style) when we had went first thing in the morning. However, when we went later in the morning the next day our dishes had been freshly made. Location is excellent, close to the 1000 island cruises dock, beach, restaurants and shopping. We would recommend to others for a nice quiet stay when visiting Gananoque."
