"Stayed in room 120 earlier in the week and that room was newly renovated and the bathroom was renovated. Went back to the hotel for another stay later in the week in room 220 and the room was tired and the bathroom was desperately in need of renovations. The mold around the bathtub was disgusting"

"We thought the breakfast was terrific!! Way more selections than you normally find in a motel. Waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereal, oatmeal mix, bread, muffins, english muffins, etc. No orange or apple juice but lemonade plus another citrus drink. Checkin and out was easy. They were in the process of getting the pool ready for the summer. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Only thing we didn't like was the thin one ply toilet paper!! But we would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others. So close to Fort Henry and downtown Kingston!"

"Great night away Room was tidy a bit dusty but clean and linen was clean Great Bed, love that this place is on the water and you can sit on the dock. Breakfast is included but it was not great definitely not the worst and you can choose from a small menu . Staff was so friendly and kind I will go back just because they are so welcoming . Great price for snacks in the lobby too . Also got upgraded to a king room which was a great free surprise."
