Had a wonderful stay!

We arrived late with a 1 yr old, 7 yr old, & 9 yr old. All appeared ok upon arrival (beautiful view, spacious beds, clean bayhroom) & we quickly left to enjoy timeshare. Upon our return as kids were getting into the bed and moving the covers/pillows we discovered several hairs between the sheets, on the covers, and dry ear wax on one of the pillows. It was 1am so I forced my kids to sleep but I did go down after to complain. Was offered room swap but with such young kids we did not accept as one never wants to wake a sleeping baby. Really upset as this was not cheap and the room cleanliness was extremely lacking. Will not go back.

Best hotel we ever stayed in. Impeccable service. The hotel is brand new. Rooms are spacious and have every amenity you can wish for. Rooms are cleaned twice a day. Great bar and restaurant. We highly recommend the Corinthia Rome

I loved everything about this property. It was so clean. The people were so friendly and accommodating. The place was near everything. The air conditioning was so cold and pleasing in the evening. Everything was perfect and excellent. They got us taxi service that was impeccably on time I’ve stayed here two times. It is a gem in Romie.

The property is in a great location. It’s a basic hotel with spacious rooms. They give you a 20% off voucher for the restaurant. I stayed for 2 nights. It was fine just passing through.

Front reception was super helpful and friendly! Very kind. The reason for the low rating was the bed and the AC situation. The most important part of everything was to get to a comfortable bed and it wasn’t, feels very old and used already. I felt the box spring or whatever it was even after a topper. Then the AC is not cold enough to maintain the room cold and Rome was extremely hot in July. I wouldn’t stay again for those main reasons. Location was fine because I was able to get the subway. Does feel safe.
