"Staff was not helpful with luggage carts. Would not let us use carts they used for paying customers even caused us a 30 minute wait for a house cart. Food choices were slim and well overpriced so we chose to eat elsewhere. Will not bring our convention here."

"It was very bad. The breakfast was low-quality, they didn't have any warm boiled or fried egg and when i asked for one, they said they cant make any. The restaurant staff were not kind or polite at all. Once we had Niagara fall tour and we were late, my mum put her two remaining bites of her 1/4 baguette in a napkin to eat on the bus as it was about to leave at 8:05 in morning, a waitress came after her, saying “could you please open your napkin, we cant let you take anything out of restaurant”. She was so impolite, and didn't respect privacy. I put my card for deposit and once we ate at the in-lobby cafe, the staff said that they didn't get cash as the machine was not working at that moment, and so i signed it to be added to the room. At checkout i said i will pay in cash and emphasised i don't want it to be deducted from my card, the concierge said “it is paid already” and he emphasised that nothing will be deducted from that card. i thought maybe it was an apology gift because of restaurant complaint so but when i came back to my country i noticed they deducted it from card. I requested bed linen change and put the related card on bed but they didn't change it twice and i had to call for change. The worst was we asked the taxi price from concierge they said it will be around 60 dollar and when their taxi took us to the airport he asked for 125 and the concierge said on phone “ we misunderstood that were 2 people and 1-2 bags”.We were 4 with 3 bags. Everything was so bad"

"The hotel feels old, the bathroom door didn't close much less lock, there was a little door open behind the bathroom probably used for repairs and it didn't close either, the A/C makes a noise frequently like a thump, like someone dropped something. I wanted to watch TV and when I picked the remote, it was really dirty, like it had been weeks without cleaning it, which made me wonder what else was not cleaned??? I only spent 2 nights here, after spending a few nights in another hotel nearby, considering the price difference, I would recommend looking for other options. I didn't use the amenities, the location is really good which is why I picked it, there are a lot of restaurants, shopping mall, stores, etc., within walking distance. Check-in and checkout were easy, elevators are separated by level groups, which made it easy to use without a lot of waiting time."
