They charge a "Resort fee" of $20/day and give a list of what it covers. 4 of the 10 items are for the health club THAT IS NOT IN THE HOTEL. Here are the 4, duplicative items: Fitness center access [across the street]; Fitness/yoga classes [across the street]; Nearby fitness center access [across the street]; Spa access (may be limited) [There is NO SPA in the fitness center] - END. I have to go across the street. Tell me why I'm paying the hotel for the resort fee when they don't have to maintain 4 of their items listed in the Resort fees, but located elsewhere ??? The 6 remaining rest resort fees include the following: Faxes [these days we text or email]; Phone calls [who doesn't travel with a cellphone?]; Housekeeping [Already included in standard amenities, so it's not part of the Resort Fees]; In-room bottled water [regular, cheap, plastic bottle of water], In-room coffee [2 one cup packets]; In-room safe [I don't know anyone who brings valuables with them on a trip]. This is their way to charge me $20 extra per day for nothing. If they want to treat us to the health club, I would rather pay the health club, because the hotel has NOTHING TO MAINTAIN on the premises. RIP OFF. Resort fees are the new hotel theft-in-action in today's world.

They charged almost 100 additional to what I paid on Expedia for "amenities" when I asked what that included they said sheets, towels, wifi things like that. There was no free water in the room or a coffee maker. They did have bottled water for 10 bucks. There wasn't even a view and it was in an extremely noisy section. There was banging and yelling at all hours. I would highly recommend you steer clear of this hotel
