Adorable 2-bedroom house with AC in one block from the beach
- Can rent for August for 15K or Available for 6 weeks fully furnished August 1 - September 11 for $20K that gives you an extra 2 weeks including Labor Day weekend for discounted price of another 5K. Beach Passes included. backyard BBQ and Bar. Outdoor real fire pit in back yard or gas first in front yard.
Come live in our comfortable home. Everything in pictures is removable. We left all the children toys etc in pictures in case a family wants to rent and would like them to stay but they can be taken away. The master bedroom can be set up with a king or two twins your choice. The home can comfortably sleep up to 6 people using the bonus room as a bedroom or up to four comfortably using only the bedrooms. One block from the Ocean with beach passes included. Great for a surfer family or just a little romantic getaway. Come see it before it's gone a great price for the length of stay at the height of the summer heat.
All rent due up front for this summer rental. No smoking of any kind inside the home.
