Morning staff was excellent. The night staff not so much. One of them even hung up on me when I called down to ask a question. Other than that, I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Cleaning staff was very friendly.

Nice stay, clean, odor free. The room air conditioner was a bit disappointing as it wouldnt cool below 70. I would however gladly stay again!

The property is mostly accommodating a wonderful rate for a good room but it is far from a lot of things and the casino is not as big as you would think given the size of the property. The dining is limited considering it is far from almost everything however there was one place that was open late convenient and the food was delicious but more options would be great

Shower was full of mold. Staff was friendly. I understand the establishment is almost 30 year's old, but a multi million dollar hotel and casino could do better in cleanliness and updating rooms and common areas.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The king room was very spacious which we really appreciated. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the casino but did not utilize any of the other amenities to say about the food.
