"The cleaning definitely needs to be improved. We stayed for 6 nights, they didn't vacuum the bathroom and didn't empty the bin in the toilet, hair still on the floor. Didn't fill the body lotion. Probably won't be back"

"We had a wonderful stay the room and whole hotel was amazing from the staff to the rooms all wonderful and in such a great central location to walk everywhere and easy to catch the trams and see all the sights highly recommend and cannot wait to stay again"

"A great location for easy access across the CBD and easy walking to metro and tram station, and easy access to World Square eateries. Room was overall nicely appointed and a comfortable size, but a little dated in places and the hotel is showing it's age somewhat in terms of wall scuffs, carpet, bathroom tiles. However a comfortable stay, quiet, and good location for business in the city."
