"I wasn’t sure where to start. I booked this hotel based on positive reviews I had seen online, but my experience did not reflect those comments. The property did not feel like a Caribbean resort. The overall atmosphere was disappointing and not what I expected, especially considering the price. I have stayed at other resorts in Punta Cana where the service and hospitality were significantly better. Throughout my stay, it felt like no one was particularly concerned about guests’ experience or satisfaction. The staff came across as unfriendly and lacked basic hospitality, even when tips were given. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience."
