    "Rodney was our butler and he was very attentive to our needs. There were three pools on the property, one that was more active and two outside the rooms that were quieter. However there were other pools you could access on the resort as well just in other hotels. All the pools had a bar accessible. There was sargassum which is to be expected in July, so the beach wasn't ideal. The food was okay, just what you would expect from an all inclusive in punta cana. Las Torres was the best buffet, GO..."

    "It’s not finished and there is a ton of construction going on. It’s not organized and employees do not understand a lot of questions. Resort credits are a joke. The pools are great and the water sides are great. Ice cream is also good. The arcade is good because all the games are free. I suspect that could change. It should be wonderful in the future but right now it’s not completely finished and a lot of stuff is not open or complete. We loved the pools that were open."
