"I was on floor 23 which the housekeeping person John was excellent. He was so nice and helpful during my stay. The room was always well cleaned and stocked. John was an excellent housekeeping person. He always made us feel welcomed."

"My stay at the OZO Hotel in North Pattaya is always FANTASTIC! A great location in Pattaya and a very nice clean hotel. The gym and swimming pool facilities are very good as well. Having Terminal 21 Shopping Center a very short walk away is a big convenience with all its retail stores, restaurants, dessert options and grocery store. This was my 5th stay in the past 14 months at this hotel because of all the OZO Hotel offers guests. The entire staff is very helpful, courteous and friendly. The housekeeping staff is very hardworking and pleasant. I was very fortunate to have a housekeeper most of my 4 week stay named Srinuan who was always very attentive and made sure I had all I needed from housekeeping. The entire housekeeping staff is EXCELLENT. I will not stay anywhere else in Pattaya and I highly recommend the OZO Hotel. My only preference that OZO Hotel does not have is Netflix on their TV service for those stay in evenings in Pattaya."

"The room was great but on some hotel rooms (my room) there were no doors except the shower and toilet had a door, but the sink and tub was one big open room. The breakfast was the best thing ever I love it it’s so good, so many different variety’s of food. I also got a good view of the pool and beach on the side. FYI u have to cross the road to get to the beach. Overall rating :4 stars"

"Not worth saying for such $ amount, room didn’t have even a complimentary water, hotel staff could not even with currency exchange & the area is too remote with no money changer in the vicinity after official Banking hour. It’s mostly for local people but over rated by booking tools"

"Wonderful staff and service. The room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was great, no hot, noisy unit on the balcony which was large enough to enjoy the amazing view of Pattaya Bay. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the restaurant food was first class and reasonably priced. Looking forward to staying here again."
