All the staffs are very kind and kids friendly, and worked coordinating very efficiently. The hotel theme, all interior and exterior were very cool and well designed. It was also very nice with the aurora light in the room. However, the hotel area quite dry and not so relaxed. Besides, there were not enough day beds for the customers.

Perfectly equipped with everything there, all in one place: pool, rooftop restaurant, onsen & spa, water park, intensive game room, beautiful rooms with ocean view, and modern technology bathroom, space atmosphere, sauna, steam room, jacuzzis, and an afternoon tea area. The only thing missing is a direct connection to the beach and amenities. All staff are friendly, helpful, well-trained, and professional. It is a perfect escape and a mind-healing place.
