"Everything about this property was amazing! From the quick and easy communication with the owner to the seamless check-in process, everything was perfect.My only complaint is that we didn't plan an extra day just to relax and enjoy the property! It comfortably slept our family of six, but unfortunately, with our busy schedule, that’s about all we did there.I highly recommend waking up early to watch the sunrise from the upper deck with a cup of coffee, then heading down to explore the rocks at low tide. I even found my first-ever lobster buoy and added it to the wonderful collection hanging in the tree!Such a special place. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"This property had everything we could have asked for and it was close to so much. The convenience of being able to walk to the Bass Harbor Lighthouse was incredible especially after we saw the line of cars and the small parking lot. We would absolutely stay here again."

"A delightful property in a lovely location very convenient for Acadia and Bar Harbor andwithout the crazy price tag! Bobbie was a pleasure to deal with aaaanndd very responsive. The house is cute and comfortable, the heating works very well - even though we hardly needed it with a lucky Fall week. Lots of hot water and a very well equipped (if somewhat dated) kitchen, even though we didn't do any cooking! The restaurant at the end of the drive, Seafood Ketch, is very good and extremely reasonably priced. Excellent clam chowder and great lobster dishes and a small but very reasonably priced wine list that doesn't create sticker shock for mediocrity! The fried clam dinner was enormous and the lobster seafood casserole is worth going back for again!Altogether a great find and we all enjoyed the stay."

"The property was very clean and the extra treats and bath items were a plus. The view can not be beat! We spent the whole evening enjoying the sunset and the lapping waves on the shoreline. It is in need of some updating."

"We have stayed at Paul's Cottage several times over the past few years and are always so grateful for the experience. The setting is beautiful and the sunsets over the water are among the most beautiful we have ever seen. On a more practical level, the cottage is clean and comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked, and if you need anything, Kathleen and Jay are there ready to help. We have already booked our next visit next summer. Five stars in every way!"

"Very nice property that hosted 5 of us very comfortably. The host is great with communication and has clear instructions for check in / check out. The yard is great with plenty of firewood to keep a great campfire and stare at the wonderful starry sky. Close to nearby towns and the national park. Highly recommend!"
