We asked for a different room and the front desk informed us that they were fully booked despite the fact that the hotel was nearly empty. Seaweed was a daily issue on the beach. They told me I had to change rooms so spent a hour packing gear to be out by 10, they said come back at noon for new room 3 hours later they put me back in same room, lost a day of vacation.
