Motel 6 Flagstaff, AZ - Butler

4/10 Poor

"The receptionist was very off-putting. Didn't greet us, didn't give any information about the pool, our room location, etc. We received the bare minimum. She asked for ID to check us in and gave us the room key. There were still pieces of trash on the floor when we got to our room. The pool area has chunks of concrete coming up, sitting at the bottom of the pool, and you have to get staff assistance anytime you want to go to the pool because the door keys don't have access to open it. I appreciated the male worker that would take the time to help us both times we went to the pool. He was the only positive part of our stay. The beds were awfully uncomfortable, even compared to another motel 6 stay in another city. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. "

"The room itself was basic and clean, but the overall property is showing its age and seemed dirty. There was no parking after returning from dinner, so I had to wait until a staff person left, to be able to park. Breakfast is not offered. This motel compares to an older Motel 6. I don't usually write reviews, but since the price was $250 for one night, I was very disappointed. I would not recommend, unless you had no other options. The staff person upon arrival was very pleasant."

"Check in was not the greatest the gentleman that checked us in says it will take a few hours so we went to eat and came back and he says might be another hour still not ready so that shift left he left and we’re still sitting there so I went to go ask the new girl that took his shift. She says oh yes, it’s ready so we sat there for an extra hour for nothing."

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Flagstaff East I-40

2/10 Terrible

"I did not really stay here. I reserved a king bed room and checked in. Unfortunately, the room is not clean enough. There was somebody's hair on the bed, a piece of chewed gum on the lamp. I cancelled the stay and changed to another hotel."
