Enjoy the perfect summer escape in this beautiful home in the Hamptons.

Minutes from the pristine ocean beaches by car or bike, local farm stands and charming village shops. This light-filled home offers the ideal blend of comfort, privacy and classic coastal style. Five minutes from the train station, located between the villages of Amagansett and East Hampton (2 minute drive in either direction). Fringe Available May 1st - October 31st. 3 night minimum May-June & Sept.-Oct. Cape Cod. The house contains 4 bedrooms (Bedroom #1 master with en suite and a walk-in closet, #2 full size bunkbed with a twin on top, #3 full size bed, #4 twin bed with full size desk/chair) , 2 1/2 baths, open living/kitchen/dining, stone fireplace, and a mud room. Step outside to enjoy a beautifully landscaped yard. This can be accomplished while being seated on the back enjoying a meal at the table for 6 or lounging on the couches by the fire pit under the stars. Step down to the lower grilling patio (perfect for summer BBQ's), rinse the sand off in the large outdoor shower, or head out further to the heated pool.

Julie’s house was such a dream. Everything was set up for us and the house was comfortable for a cozy bachelorette. House had everything we needed and everything was clean and tidy,Julie was very accommodating to give me time to come early to set up and she was very communicative and responsive. We had an absolutely wonderful time at this great house! The spacious layout provided plenty of room to relax, and the beautiful landscaping made the entire property feel like a private oasis. One of the true highlights was the gorgeous pool — the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the sunshine.The location couldn’t be better — nestled in a prime area close to everything, yet still peaceful and private. Lovely stay in amazing location

We had an amazing stay at this East Hampton house. The location is amazing, a quick drive to everything in East Hampton/Amagansett and not too far from Montauk either. The pool / yard area is gorgeous with beautiful flowers and a well kept yard. Bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. I would definitely love to stay here again.

The house worked perfectly for our group of kids, adults, and grandparents! Great layout and love the style and decor of the home. Beautiful home, wonderful time

This house exceeded my expectations. I was in the Hamptons with 5 girlfriends for a long weekend and this was the perfect place to enjoy some great R&R while also being very close to amazing restaurants, shopping and more. The house was very clean and welcoming and the outdoor space was absolutely gorgeous. The landscaping in the backyard and by the pool was stunning and we enjoyed a nice pool day while we were there. The house was about a 10 minute drive into East Hampton Village, a 5 minute drive to Amagansett and a 20 minute drive to Montauk. Julie was very responsive and a great host. I would definitely come back here if I got the chance.

Nice rental house. Proximity to town and backyard setup are the strong points. Poop area is very nice. Downstairs area feels a bit “lived in” and the A/C basically does not cover the first floor. Otherwise it was a good house, would likely return. Owner is very friendly and easy to work with.

Great house with excellent location

The house was great, loved the location and it was well-maintained and well-appointed. My group had a great stay. Just a couple things to keep in mind as you are booking: the TV in the living room is quite small; the A/C doesn't really work downstairs, just upstairs.
