"We were on the executive floor 10th floor rooms have all been redone although I will say the bathrooms were not clean hair in the corners of the showers, maybe not the best tiling job either so made it look very old and dirty.Lobby is very nice. People are very friendly stuff was all great. Pool was very nice staff working the pool bar were very friendly. I could see. Maintained in the next couple of years it will start to deteriorate and not be the greatest to.. I did not like the idea that anyone else the parking lot could just walk in and use the pool for the day during the mid week. "

"The Doubletree Greenway Plaza is not a new facility but it is updated and well maintained. The staff is friendly and professional. Two of the escalators to the parking structure were not working. Self parking can be challenging, so I would recommend valet."

"The hotel is under construction so it made our stay bad. Lobby is completely gutted and workers in and out building stuff and loud . They were also outside our room hall doing work . The restaurant closed except for breakfast made it inconvenient to have to leave and find place to eat . The terrace was closed for remodeling . The staff was great and shuttle driver was great ."

"We had a great stay, everyone was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the family had a blast hanging out by the pool while the kids played."

"Unique ipad self checkin with you creating your own room key. Rooms are tiny but bed was comfy and room was clean. I opted for add on breakfast and portion and presentation were worth the extra 12 dollars. Keep in mind there is no fridge in room. Air-conditioning works really well. Hall and room carpets are getting close to due time for replacement. Down stairs waiting area and Bistro were very stunning. Morning front clerk, she was super friendly and helpful. Evening clerk had a very dry and tone as if you were bothering her. Bistro gentlemen was polite but not friendly at all. Offsite parking is available, vallet for 50 a night is an option which does comes out of the 50 incidental hold if used. Overall I would recommend the property for a short down town experience."
