"The property was quiet, clean and very welcoming. The staff was pleasant and every encounter was handled quickly. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is that, there was not an iron and ironing board in the room, but when I called down to the front desk, one was brought to me quickly."

"There was a small issue with one of my room bookings, however the staff offered us a $20 credit to use which was very appreciative. The rooms were comfortable, smelled very good. Hyatt will be my go to for traveling from now on. "

"We stayed here to attend a service at Lakewood Church which is opposite. Service was great, dinner and breakfast were both excellent and the property is connected to Lakewood Church via an underpass which was super convenient."
