Thank you to Javon who was super helpful in our check in . The staff was so nice and accommodating. Additional linens were delivered in less than 5 minutes and then even extended our check out to 1pm. I will definitely be back when I’m in Chicago to try to catch fireworks. Our corner room was outstanding and breathtaking

Great location and converted old Virgin Hotel. Room was fine and hotel basics were fine. There wasn’t any room service daily or for my 3 night stay. There was a strike for housekeepers and they were LOUD out front everyday. Not sure what the hotel fee was for on top of Expedia hotel charge was for, they gave me 2 waters the first day and that was it. They also upsell their vacation club/time share a lot, kinda odd.

This hotel is conveniently located on the Riverwalk, which makes it accessible to so much. Our room was a little on the small side and the air-conditioning did not work. The staff was friendly and it’s a great location to catch an Uber.
