"Needs updating "

"Just a fine stay. The room was clean and warm but nothing to write home about. No kettle available in the room which was a bit odd. The automatic doors to the building weren’t working which was very odd. Staff were fine but not overly accommodating and didn’t seem to care that it was a special occasion. Location is pretty basic and boring but close to Glasgow central. I wouldn’t stay again but it wasn’t offensive. "

"Was able to check in at 1:30. Had a good night's sleep and a good breakfast. Staff excellent."

"Tom behind the front desk was very friendly, informative and helpful. Leah in the spa/swimming dept was also brilliant as I lost my pearl earring and thought it was in that area, and she searched the whole place for us and then was so happy to hear that we'd found it in our room before we left. So very kind and genuine. The room was spacious and clean, and had everything we needed. The breakfast the next day was also brilliant."

"Breakfast was nice Bed was rock solid, most uncomfortable hotel bed I’ve stayed in Room was too hot and couldn’t switch off the heat or turn below 18 Shower pressure was rubbish and either too hot or icy cold EV chargers didn’t work "
