Best hotel in Boston without question! The staff are exceptional, very friendly and attentive. The masseuses at the spa, especially (I believe her name was) Paula are very skilled and helpful with sore muscles and joints after traveling. La Padrona, Amar, and The Long Bar all have delicious food. I will definitely be back!

I was disappointed with AKA, given the price.
The windows were filthy, and that was the first impression of the room.
The toilet had the loudest flush ever, like a plan flush, which is tough if you are sharing a room. Also no shower cap etc.
The phone in the room didn’t work and there was no room service after 10pm! On a Friday! I expect more from a hotel of this price, with a kitchen.
