10/10 Excellent

"We had a large clean suite with everything in it, large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove and all the pots, pans, utensils needed. Nice couch with ottoman, king size bed, desk& chair, with a very large TV. Only problem was the TV was on the wall on the side of the desk, if I got up the desk the wall side I hit my head a couple of times. They had a large pool & workout room with many machines, and a nice bar. The free breakfast was amazing, eggs, sausage, quench, and every day a breakfast sandwich to go for those that did not want to sit down. My wife loved the yogurt, cereals, waffles, & oatmeal. Had a great time. Staff went out of their way to help us."

"My flight got cancelled at Louisville airport, Delta service agent suggested I stay at the Crown Plaza, because their restaurant was still open (9:30 PM). Checked in with no problem, headed for the restaurant, tired of airport food, skipping dinner to try standby on different flights. Sat down ordered my dinner, came fast even at this late hour, nice hot & delicious. Went to my very clean room, two queen beds in a large area, & large bathroom. I was plenty surprised to see a Keurig coffee maker and refrigerator. Got up at 3 AM to get to TSA at 4 AM, checked out, and got a ride on their shuttle, (24 hours operation). Best part of my stay in Louisville all week. The staff was very helpful and went out if their way to accommodate me."

"Property was nice and well maintained. Loved seeing the horses !Our room was fabulous and very clean ! Casino is great too, but felt that it could use some basic old time machines as well. We came in from Indiana for a break from the storm aftermath. It was so nice to be greeted by someone as wonderful and welcoming as Harry ! After all we had been through he made our much needed getaway great from the beginning ! I"

"My room had blackout blinds which helped me get a good night sleep. The bed was also comfortable. My only regret was not asking for a thinner pillow because the bed pillows were really thick."

"The lobby, bar and dining room were amazingly beautiful. The staff was friendly and there was a pleasant atmosphere in the lobby. Although the rooms were modernized, the television was very small, and the overall ambiance was a bit outdated."
