"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone I encounter at Spring Hill Suites was was very pleasant. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. There were hot and cold options and everything was fresh. I would definitely stay again if I were in Louisville in another occasion. The only issue is that there are a lot of homeless people around. SpringHill always had security to keep any problems away."

"Staff were awesome! They had a huge weekend and they somehow made us feel like we were the only ones there! Rooms are BEAUTIFUL! All the details in the whole hotel were amazing! I would say the only issue was the loudness of engines revving outside laaate at night in the corner room we had. I luckily had some ear plugs but I’d recommend bringing a noise machine or fan! "
