Cloe was incredibly responsive and helpful and made sure the place was spotless upon arrival. One item to note: this unit does not have air conditioning. It's fine because there's a beautiful cross breeze when you open a window at the front and rear of the condo, but it should be noted for anyone who can't sleep with windows open. We loved it though!
