"Everything we needed was available to us in the unit. Host always responded to my questions quickly. We especially enjoyed the pool area and the option for shuttle to/from the beach, which supplied us with all the items we needed for a day at the beach (ie towels, umbrella, chairs). I highly recommend this VRBO. Our vacation was relaxing and we enjoyed the Naples area very much. We are hoping to return someday!"

"This was the worst experince in my life. I checked in and went in the elevator was dirty, smelled like weed and towels on elevators floor. Was walking to my room duty bed sheets and towels everywhere, and when I went to open my room key didn’t even work. I asked for refund and they treated me nasty. I lost my money and even called the police on it."

"Beautiful clean home! The kitchen had all necessary pots, pans etc for cooking. Plenty of bath towels etc. for 10 people. The back patio was dreamy and accurate in the pictures. What I didn’t realize is the patio is screened in, which is amazing! If you have never been to Florida before, the bugs and no seeums are quite annoying! The host was wonderful to deal with. Responded to any questions I had very quickly prior to arrival. I would imagine it would’ve been a quick response, I needed anything while here., Did not need to contact the host for anything! If you are considering heading down here, I highly recommend this home! I’m I’m"
