"My husband and I had a fantastic time at The Westin Buckhead last week! We had a wonderful stay, even though we did encounter a little hiccup. We really value excellent customer service and how things are managed. The front desk manager, Taneidrea, went the extra mile to make sure we had a truly amazing experience after taking care of the issue. Another manager, Aronta, even reached out to me during my stay to check in, which I really appreciated. And I just wanted to mention Keon, who works at the front desk. He was so friendly and personable, and I really enjoyed chatting with him. It’s always such a nice to meet someone who’s so outgoing and hospitable in customer service. "

"I absolutely loved every minute of my stay at the Country Inn & Suites. My room was clean, fresh, a sharply decorated. Facility is a block off the main street and was quiet and peaceful. Had some chairs and small tables on their front "porch" which was great ambiance and so relaxing. But come on now. The stars of the show was the staff. Ta'Cheka (Sorry if I misspelled) was the sweetest and most adorable little thing in Georgia. She was working so hard with the many phone calls coming in, never losing here balance or poise and being just as helpful to everyone on the phone as she was getting me checked in. She also recommended a fantastic restaurant within walking distance so I had to bring her a big fat slice of Gran Marn Chocolate Cake! The superstar putting the breakfast on got me started for the day, and the housekeepers and I on the third floor had ice cream bars before I reluctantly had to leave. The staff here receives my highest praise and I thank them all from the bottom of my heart."

"The hotel is safe, clean and located in the pretty nice area of Buckhead. We took a dip in the pool a couple of times and appreciated that the showers were outside and that towels were stacked on hand. We also appreciate the "Grab Bags", the complimentary water bottles as well as the free hot daily breakfast. Staff was kind and courteous. Enjoyed our stay here."
