"The ceiling can use some repair. It was visibly stained and bubbled from previous flooding from the room above. The pool area was closed my entire trip (4 days). The staff was amazing."

"My daughter and I enjoyed every bit of our stay customer service was excellent. The downstairs restaurant amazing . Anything I asked for that completely recognized. This hotel was clean and welcoming every day we were there 4/17 late check in and check out was fast and no problem. They even help with bags to the uber and everything worked out good for our stay. "Finding parking in the attached parking building took a very long time. The indoor pool had some weird stuff floating in the water which meant we had to try the outdoor pool and although it was clean it was very cold. The room was very nice with views of the city but we had barely enough toilet paper to get through the night. Love the location but traffic getting there takes forever."

"Had an excellent experience! I travel to Atlanta often to visit my son at Morehouse, and this has by far been my best stay. Ms. Ruby at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. As a solo traveler, she made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be returning."

"The check in staff was very nice as was the bar area. The issue was more so with the cleaning staff who woke us up the day before we left asking if we had late check out even though our check out was the day after. Then on the day we left, woke us up again despite the DND sign at 9am when check out is at 11. Second, the location is not worth it unless you are attending an event at the Mercedes stadium. It is very unwalkable and dead after a certain time. The only way I’d rebook is if I was going to one of the stadiums. "
