"Booked this for rooftop then they closed it for renovations after the free cancellation ended. Whole hotel needs a Reno— v basic looking. Like a holiday inn. Ice machines were out, vending machines gave us hot drinks. No pool no rooftop. Staff was amazing. I ordered wine and balloons, they knew my arrival time; when we arrived, ice had melted and balloons were deflated"

The room was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing environment after a long day. Every detail reflected the high standard you would expect from a Ritz-Carlton property. Although I did not have the opportunity to try the breakfast, everything else about my stay was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Atlanta and looking for exceptional service and a clean, comfortable place to stay."

"The staff were rude, slow and uninformed during the check in process. They didn’t even know how to use the app to pay for multi-day parking passes. The rooms were dirty and unkept. The restaurant was awful and there is no other food options close by. I definitely will not stay there again or recommend it for anyone else."
