"I reserved a two queen bed studio suite. The beds were full sized or double, not queen. The room had no sound insulation so it was very loud from traffic and the interior hallway. The faucet in the shower was not anchored to the wall so it moved when pulling up the lever to turn on the shower. There was minimal water pressure in the shower. "

"The check-in line was 50 people deep with no concern about getting anybody through any faster. The first room they gave us had not been cleaned. The second room they gave us the lock wouldn't work so we couldn't even get in. The third room was decent. Overall the hotel needs a major finishes upgrade. And the $67 parking was ridiculous."
