"Our stay started off very poorly when it came to safety. During our first night, our vehicle was broken into. Unfortunately, no one from the hotel notified us about the incident. We only discovered what had happened after breakfast. When we checked in, the front desk agent only asked me to initial and sign the paperwork. At no point was I asked for my vehicle information, so the hotel had no record of who owned the vehicle. I was also surprised that the hotel charges $20 per day for parking. Since I've stayed at many hotels in different states without paying for parking, I assumed that paying this fee meant the parking area was secure. Sadly, that was not the case. Despite this unfortunate experience, I would like to recognize a few staff members who made a positive impression. Dinah, the only front desk employee wearing a name tag, was extremely professional, compassionate, and helpful during a very stressful situation. She listened, showed genuine concern, and did everything she could to assist us. Thank you Dinah I also want to thank the housekeeper who cleaned our floor (I didn't catch her name) and the breakfast attendant, who kept the dining area spotless and was incredibly friendly every morning. While I truly appreciated the outstanding customer service from these employees, the break-in and the lack of communication regarding our vehicle left us very disappointed with our stay. We have traveled to many states and have never experienced anything like this before."
