"Great hotel that continues to impress since last stay. Hyatt Regency Downtown ATL is a must stay. I appreciate the friendliness of staff and valet. They continue to improve their customer service and operations which will have them as the #1 spot to stay. I’m glad I booked with them and yes I have tried other hotels downtown and nothing else compares. Keep up the excellent hospitality and thank you for all you do."

"Staff are nice, the room was nice in terms of the layout. Unfortunately, the room wasn’t really clean. The carpets had a lot of stains and the couch bed was very old and falling apart. "
