Everything, in general, was wonderful—the breakfast was exquisite. My regards go out to the entire staff, including all the Dominicans and other Latinos I met; the service at the bar was exquisite, and everyone was truly great. As for cleanliness, I give them 200% out of 100%. This was my first time in New York, and let me tell you: on my next visit, I will definitely return to this hotel—it is perfectly centrally located.

Excellent staff, clean room, fantastic onsite restaurants.

Pros: Nice hotel and the room was sizable for NY which is one of the reasons we picked this hotel. Cons: gnat like flies, mostly in the bathroom but a few in the room area. No killing them off, because more just show up. The hotel says they are working on the problem. Hopefully will be fixed soon

Location was great close to ChinaTown and Little Italy. Many subway stations close. Brooklyn bridge within walking distance. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean.

Shoutout to my guy Jesus at the front desk. Definition of what customer service should be. Went the extra mile and effort to make our stay more enjoyable and stressful. Our bus didn’t leave until midnight and he helped us out with a later checkout time and luggage storage. Allowed us to properly enjoy the last day touring the city. Hope this guy gets recognized for how well he treats the guests. Overall stay was great, room was ok and the location is incredible.
