The room was nice and clean. The staff attentive and friendly. The only disappointing part was the fact that it said online and everywhere in the resort that they are “cashless resort”. When we wanted to pay for some Arts and Crafts activities, they told us pay cash only. So we had to leave. When I called about horseback riding-same thing with cash only. I had to drive outside of the resort, to find an ATM. Just be aware of that.

Room clean. Staff courteous. We stayed to ski Mt Shawnee. Very convenient travel. These grounds itself seemed to offer great activities including the tubing slide on the hill. My only complaint I have are the mattresses. Invest in a more thicker comfortable mattress. I could feel the springs. I will come back here with my family again.

I stayed at the Pocono Mountain Villas Tree Top Decline Studio and had a really great experience. I was honestly nervous at first because of some of the reviews, but everything ended up being seamless. The studio was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. There was plenty of hot water, which was a big plus. Check-in and check-out were both super easy with no issues at all. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely come back.
