"Alex at the front desk was very nice and accommodating, the had a brought up the pack-&-play to our room prior to check in. The main lobby was clean. Pool area had a very clean restroom and towel to use. In the morning the staff was friendly and greeted us with smiles why stocking the breakfast area. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Absolutely loved the resort. Very kid friendly with lots of things for them to do. Nice little surprises like popsicles at the pool and Hawaiian leis at lunch. One thing they need to work on is letting people reserve 8 chairs around the pool for the whole day and have them never show up to use them while everyone else were fighting and waiting for chairs to open up. There should be a time limit and if they don’t come within an hour they should be released. We complained on deaf ears. Otherwise it was a great place to stay."

"The room was clean, unfortunately it had a musty smell. Obviously there is not enough ventilation/dehumidification for The Cape Cod season. A window was broken but they tried to fix it. The staff were super helpful and nice, Breakfast is typically made to order and good. The pools were nice, just very chlorinated."
