"Noisy room, just over the recycling and trash so that woke me up at 6:30 am . And the windows on the first floor without screens made it impossible to have any privacy. Plus the coffee maker was constantly out of order."

"The hotel is conveniently located. Had problems with internet but fixed day 2. Nice place Do not recommend Eco tours located at hotel. Took expensive scooter tour and felt unsafe. Decided to quit for safety sake. The guide was good but left the manager to pick up scooter and left me in a park high above city alone. The manager came to pick up scooter and was abandoning me in the park. I asked about a taxi and he said it was not his fault. I did not ask for refund just a taxi back to hotel. Manager offered to call me taxi but kept berating me for asking for help. I told him to leave if he did not stop blaming me for being left. Manager did not care I was left alone, no phone to call taxi and no Polish to ask for help. He took off and left me in the park. It took me over an hour to walk far enough to get internet to call for help. If I had been injured riding scooter I fear Eco would have left me to take care of myself. Do not trust this company. No care for their clients."

"Everything about this hotel is 1st class, couldn’t find anything to fault at all. Would 100% recommend this hotel, staff were friendly (nothing too much trouble), service was outstanding and well the breakfast was best we’ve ever had in a hotel."

"The room was very spacious and clean. We had one of the rooms that over looked the river and it was well worth it! So lovely to sit with the window open at night and watch the boars going by. The breakfast had a very large selection of food to choose from and all was good ! The people at the Front desk were very helpful ! Always able to answer question and helped arrange the Hop on Hop off bus tickets for us."

"This is a very nice hotel in the center of Prague very accessible to sightseeing ,shopping ( it’s almost next to the Palladium shopping center) and very good restaurants like La Boca and Alforno Trattoria which serves delicious and affordable meals and drinks.The staff at the bar, restaurant and rooms are most friendly and accommodating. The reception staff were quick, polite and efficient Breakfast was good and had variety as well. The property is clean and smells amazing!"
