"I was in a studio room, that is not located in the main building. When I showed I wish for cleaning the sign was always blown away by the wind and staff did not see it. They should care about it a little bit more."

"Mostly good – great location & friendly staff. The ventilation was very bad though – the aircon didn’t stop the room being very stuffy and smelly. If the window was openable (even by 10 or 20cm) that would make it a lot nicer, and probably wouldn’t let anyone fall out. It would also be much nicer if there was a kettle in the room, to save having to go downstairs to get a cup of coffee"

"The manager on duty was fabulous - so friendly and helpful. For gluten free guests they mark their items I. The breakfast buffet and will proved GF bread on request. "
