Nice hotel with great view

Very pleasant stay at this nice hotel situated almost at the top of a mountain. Friendly staff, great view over lake Pielinen and just a short walk from Paha-Koli and Akka-Koli view points. Also a very decent restaurant.

Pleasant stay on top of Koli. The staff was very friendly, everything went smoothly. Breakfast and dinner were very good. The room was spatious and clean, only the TV did not really work. We are not fans of spas overall, but the hotel spa was nice, calm and quiet and we even enjoyed the evening spent there.

Extremly bad kitchen quality in the evening and in the morning for breakfast. They serve old bread and croissants from yesterday ! Don’t book this hotel!!!!!!

Vaikka kalliimpi kuin kylän hotellit, kannattaa!

Hieno huone upeilla näkymillä. Superior X. Kylpyläsetti toimii hyvin kun lapset saa olla vaan klo 19 asti. Perus hyvä aamiainen ja ravintolan taso yllätti positiivisesti. Kiva palvelu aulassa ja ravintolassa.

Sijainti ja maisemat ovat erinomaiset. Helppo lähteä liikkumaan luontoon ja spassa ihana rentoutua illalla. Huone siisti mutta pienen kokoinen. Jalka tuli lyötyä sängynpäähän ahtauden takia muutama kerta. Käytävässä, missä huoneemme sijaitsi, oli epämiellyttävä haju.

Meraviglioso!

Bell'hotel all'interno del Parco Naturale di Koli. Meravigliose vedute sul lago e sulle foreste. Possibilità di partire per escursioni dall'hotel, o scendere in paese, o andare al lago e all'attracco dei ferry (se a piedi, condiderare che l'hotel é sopra una collina, quindi con un po' di dislivello da fare via sentiero). Possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto e quindi, per chi ha poca facilitá di camminare, é facile muoversi con l'auto. La sede del parco é adiacente all'hotel per acquistare mappe, gadget e ottenere informazioni sui percorsi e sui servizi del parco. In hotel c'è un buon bar/ristorante e un corner per acquistare qualche souvenir. La sauna dell'hotel (inclusa nella tariffa) purtroppo non é collegata all'esterno ed é l'unico minus. Tuttavia a pagamento si può optare per la spa e, in quel caso, la vista é mozzafiato. Si può scegliere e prenotare una hot tub su terrazzo panoramico.

Miniloma Kolille

Majoittuminen meni odotusten mukaisesti eli olimme todella tyytyväisiä. Huoneesta, ravintolasta ja spasta oli upeat näköalat! Standard huone oli muutoinkin todella mukava ja siisti. Asiakaspalvelu oli mukavan karjalaisen aitoa ja ystävällistä. Spassa sai rahalleen vastinetta ja menee itsellänikin ehkä top 1 Suomen kylpylöistä! Satuttiin sinne hyvin rauhalliseen, mutta voi hyvin olla, että kokemus on aivan erilainen, jos on ruuhkaa ja hulinaa.

8月初旬に2泊しました。10数年ぶりの訪問です。 散策コースが近く、日の出、日の入りの素晴らしい景色を堪能することができた。太陽の動きがゆっくりで時間もゆっくり流れていきます。 ベリー摘みには少し遅い時期だけど、所々に食べ頃のおいしいブルーベリーが残っていて、摘むのに熱中しました。 ヨエンスーへのバスは平日のみの運行で8:40発の1本しかない（昔あったシャトルタクシーはなくなったみたい）。せめて昼の便だったらもう少しゆっくりできるし、電車との接続も良かったんだけどな。 スパは有料なので利用しなかったが、サウナは空いていてのんびり入れた。

Erittäin hyvä, pieniä miinuksia

Mukava hotelli, erittäin hyvällä paikalla! Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja pidin huoneiden teemoista. Mukavia "mökkimäisiä" yksityiskohtia kuten tikkataulut, Reinojen lainaus ja neulontatarpeet aulassa. Oli oikein hyvä päätös viettää yksi yö hotellissa kahden luonnossa vietetyn yön jälkeen. Hyvä aamupala, mutta erityisruokavaliot pitäisi olla merkittynä paremmin (esim. laktoositonta ei ollut merkitty jälkiruokapöytään ollenkaan). Miinusta lisäksi siitä, että äänieristys käytävään oli tosi huono. Heräsin kahdeksan aikaan kilinään kun siistijä kokosi kärryynsä juomalaseja. Lisäksi spassa ei toiminut yksi allas, jota odotin eniten. Sitä ei saatu päälle henkilökunnalle ilmoituksesta huolimatta.

Iltamyöhäinen saapuminen ei vaikuttanut palvelun tasoon. 10/10 kokemus kun lyhyellä ajalla sai hoidettua meidän taaperolle sängyn, ruokaa ja pari muuta erikoistoivetta. Upea ympäristö, siistiä ja hyvä ravintola. Kylpylä ehkä monipuolisin jossa tullut käytyä. (Aikasemmin Naantali, Långvik ja muutama muu)

Hotelli on upealla paikalla, huoneet mukavat ja kylpylä hieno. Parasta Kolin ulkoilualueen läheisyys. Ainoa miinus sisäänkirjautumisen myöhäinen ajankohta, klo 16, joka venyi vielä lähes puoli tuntia myöhäisemmäksi.

Myöhäiselle menijälle 11.7.22 respa (petri) suositteli huone upgradin ja erinomaisen illallis suosituksen. Ravintolassa vielä tarjoilija loistavalla tilanteeseen sopivalla supliikilla sai turkulaisetkin viihtymään.

Ich war überrascht. Das Hotel liegt auf einem Berggipfel. Tolle Aussicht und stylische Architektur. Das Restaurant hatte Sterne Niveau. Leider musste ich morgens schon sehr früh abreisen. Die Seilbahn zum Parkplatz fährt aber erst ab 7 Uhr. Also musste ich zu Fuß zum Parkplatz laufen um das Auto vor das Hotel zu fahren. Das war das einzige Manko.
