"Check in was quick and easy. Staff polite and friendly. Room was clean. Only complaint I had was they didn't have any USB ports to use so you definitely have to have a plug in charger to charge phones and other electronics."

"I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights while on a travel assignment and it was perfect for the price! The only thing that would have made it even better for a travel nurse that works night shift and sleeps during the day is to have some type of curtains up to keep the sun out while sleeping and a sitting table or desk to eat at otherwise it’s was perfect to just sleep which is what I really needed it for!! It had a microwave, fridge, sink and toilet in the room and a shared shower outside of the room!! "

"Newest hotel in Mattoon to my knowledge. Was very clean and staff was very polite. Room was spacious and loved being able to take my dogs and having a large field to walk them in. Will definitely be staying here again. "

"The property was just as the pictures showed and more! What an amazingly unique VRBO experience! Perfect setup for our family and college boys, with pullout couches and multiple tv’s to watch all the football games. Drake was an extremely attentive host and was quick to answer our questions/concerns. We have family that lives in town and we will definitely be retuning to the BIN for our future stays in Charleston!!!"

"Overall is was ok. Had to ask for it to be vacuumed since floors were not real clean when got there. Since we had the 2 room with the king bed and a queen bed for 4 people would have thought more towels would have been provided originally and more than 1 roll of toilet paper but went and bought some so was ok with that. The room next to us had a dog that barked whenever the person was gone and the little TV room was told while watching a movie so could keep an eye on laundry that they had it reserved. Was under the impression that as long as it wasn't being used we could use it. As said before overall it was ok since we weren't there for most of the time it was reserved since we were there for a family funeral and out with our family most times. It was convenient for our purpose. Suggestions would be rules posted for all guests to see and maybe have some type of dresser or cabinet to be able to put suitcases on and a place to hang clothes. Will definitely use again if need in the future."
