"The weather was cold and we had no heat in the room. Maintenance came down and was very nice but couldn’t get heat to work. I had to ask for a different room instead of being offered a different room. Other than that my stay was nice."

"Evening kick-back offering of food options was wonderful. Room was simply outstanding. Breakfast choices were exceptional. Very large seating area. Staff was great. Everything was very clean. Only mixed comments were that there were a tremendous amount of older travelers occupying a lot of the space in common areas; bus tours. Also, hot tub jets were either underpowered or not working properly. And, extra $50 fee for a small dog was simple price gouging. However, would most definitely stay here again."

"Nice property, so convenient. Great view of the riverfront. Right next to the Mississippi River Museum and the Diamond Jo casino. Waterpark is very young focused, probably under 12, small but very nice. Breakfast was large and well stocked. "
