Clarion Inn Harpers Ferry - Charles Town

"The interior of the building was clean and the staff was friendly. I appreciated that coffee was always available in the lobby. The exterior needs maintenance (weeds in gardens, building damage, dirty windows, just overall uncared for) The “heated” pool was as cold as a mountain spring. The breakfast that was provided was acceptable, but did not include fresh fruit as shown in the online photos. As a celiac, I looked for fresh fruit and yogurt in containers so that I could eat. The gentleman setting up breakfast was very nice."

"A very inexpensive place to hang your hat for a few days if you’re visiting the Civil War battlefields and the surrounding area, the staff is so so very helpful again I can’t say enough about the staff. They were kind helpful with places to go in places to see and yeah, I can’t say anything bad about the place. Thank you for the great day."

"The staff at the spa the refuse to service me and my partner for a pedicure, we just told no cause the were unavailable to attend us, like we don't matter, we're very unpolished, however the staff at the restaurant make up for that and they were fantastic, excelente food and superior service."

"The Keyser Inn is a CLEAN place to stay. They keep the rooms nice and the bathrooms are always immaculate. The king rooms are really nice with bigger bathrooms. The breakfast is more like a grab and go breakfast. They do not have HOT breakfast, but the items are always fresh and available. The coffee is really good and the staff is very helpful."
