"We absolutely loved this little pocket of heaven. Perfect sized house for three people. So clean and minutes away from St Elmo strip. After long days spent in downtown Chatt, walking, hiking and exploring, we looked forward to coming back to this oasis and recharging. I miss it already and we are already looking at future dates when we can return! The owners were very quick to respond and super sweet. All to say, you should stay here :)"

"The Bear House is a delightful place to stay. We had the full upstairs and it was like two small apartments that were joined together. Yes it is a little eclectic, but so many personal touches and each room is decorated individually. Everyone loved it. Plenty of little sitting areas and very quiet and sound proof. Lots of little extras and niceties, with candy dishes and Keurig coffee makers. One note, not a negative, but more of a heads up, you do access the space via a small set of stairs. No...

"We had a party of 6 and the home accomadoted us very well! The loft area was perfect for the kids. The bedrooms are great! It's rare to find comfortable beds in rentals but these beds were magnificent! The neighbors and neighborhood was superb! The host was responsive and communicated throughout our stay just to see if we needed anything! Never have I had that happen! Check in and check out policies are clearly communicated."

"Driving the Tail of the Dragon and staying at the Tapoco lodge as been on my bucket list for years. Neither disappointed. The folks at the lodge were super nice, dinner and drinks were lots of fun. The location is fantastic and the property is really enjoyable. The cabins are rustic cabins so don't expect 5 star accommodations but they're fun. "
