"Rooms were nice. Very clean and well maintained. Unlike many places I have stayed, air in the room was fresh. Did not smell as if it had been closed up for some time. Motel located in an area I felt safe to walk with many amenities within a short walking distance."
"Good enough room. Complimentary breakfast was laughable. No hot water, some cereal, a few pieces of toast hardly anything there. Didn’t expect much but a piece of fruit or a yogurt would have been appreciated. Bathroom towels are tiny."
"We stayed at this hotel for many years going to the Brimfield Flea. We hadn’t gone for a few years and decided to go this year. The hotel is in disrepair. Front desk people were very nice and helpful but that’s the only upside. We heard that the hotel is up for sale. The fact that it has lake front would be a great if someone would spend the money to upgrade this hotel.

"A few things to note: first, the room we stayed in is typically $109 a night- they marked it up to $400 over graduation weekend. This is not a $400/night property. There is no elevator to the second floor- just a full flight of stairs and long hallways. The hallways also had a very strong odor. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were cold and minimal- cereal, yogurt, and pastries. There were no hot food and very limited protein options."
