"We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Home was immaculate, beautiful and had everything we needed. The pool was so beautiful, hot tub was great for after run soaks or starlight wind downs. We grilled, loved the well stocked kitchen, had glorious family meals inside and out. Four bedrooms, two which had en suite baths, with a shared bath for the kids room and third queen bedroom was so convenient for our extended family group. And the linens and towels included was a great bonus since many Cape houses...

"Newlyweds from Texas, it was very clean and very accurate from the listing. A quiet, quaint, peaceful place to relax and enjoy each other. We loved the location and the things to do that were close by. We spent one night at a lighthouse at sunset. Lovely trip and place to stay. 5 stars."

"The house is well laid out and well appointed with lots of living space, everything you need to cook, though we didn’t do much cooking. It is very close to the bike trail and we enjoyed riding trail. It is hard to find a Cape rental with high ceilings and a lovely yard. This home has both. The photos are of the back of the house which is how you come and go. However, we drove by it a couple times because the front looks very different."

"This location is purpose-built for unwinding and relaxing seaside, the idyllic beach house experience! Sunsets are incredible, changes of the landscape with the tides are not to be missed. Private and exclusive location make for an ideal getaway, all with local amenities easy to reach. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This property was a perfect set up and location for a 3-generation family vacation with comfortable bedrooms for kids, parents, and grandparents. The AC made the house comfortable with changing summer weather and the well appointed kitchen made it a breeze to make meals at home when not enjoying restaurants out. "We traveled to the ranch with our 3 kids and my parents for Memorial day and spent a great family vacation there. The house was large and very well equiped and the apartment was a nice addition for my parents to stay close but in a separate place from us. We particularly appreciated the outdoor space, with the large sunny patio and the big garden. The only drawback was the morning we spent on the 3rd day to do the clean up and to wash and dry all the linens and towels before leaving, which...

"the house was very clean and well maintained but we were unhappy with the sprinklers going off in the afternoon because they soaked the driveway and back deck. Shouldn't they only go off at night? Also a herbicide was applied to the driveway while we were there and warned that children and pets shouldn't be exposed for 2 hours and we only read this after we walked through it and brought it into the house, other than that it was a great house!"

"We had a great time overall. The house was immaculate and nicer than even in listing pics. The location was great as it was a dead end and off the main strip but still very private and quiet. It is right by the Wellfleet drive in but noise is not an issue. We like this area as we can go to ptown no problem or Main Street Wellfleet as well. No beaches are walkable but that didn’t matter to us. House kept nice and cool. Check in was easy and there was constant communication prior to our arrival...

"This property had an east facing deck overlooking the water with many eastern windows. It's a cozy place for a couple; a gas fireplace adds warmth and atmosphere. The kitchen is quite complete (no dishwasher), and it opens onto the deck. Very convenient right off of Rt 6, but we were far enough away that we didn't notice the traffic."
