"While there is nothing *wrong* with this property it is extremely basic, and the rooms are so tiny ya have to shimmy around the side of the bed. Its the most affordable stay, but if there's any place else available for only a little more, I'd stay there instead. A stay here is *fine*, but it will come with a side eye from your spouse."

"The room was not a place you would want to "hang out in" because it was small and only had the bed for sitting and the bed was uncomfortable. The room had no view and was right near the busy road on the island that was very loud. The nature trail was really a small loop around the property. Breakfast was nice but it was only served at 9:00 am. Given the price, we expected more."

"This is a very cool property in Eastsound. As the pictures show, it's a very unique home which makes for a cool stay! A few things to note: 1) You will be waking with the sun--the windows provide gorgeous views, but if you know you're wanting to sleep in, bring an eye mask. 2) As other reviews have noted, the bathroom is located in the main house, which is separate from the two sleeping quarters, so just something to be aware of if you tend to get up in the night. 3) I was on a solo stay, and I was uncomfortable leaving the main house unlocked all night, so I locked all of the back doors and went out the front door at night and then around the main house to the sleeping house. Again, just something to be aware of!4) Regarding the bathroom: the soaking tub is fantastic for taking a bath, but makes hair washing a little more difficult--there is not a secret shower on property ;)This was a very cool rental, but if I had to do it again for a solo trip, I think I would have booked a stay at one of the inns in town for ease of access and my personal feelings of security. I think this would be an amazing home for 2-3 people who really want a secluded stay in a beautiful venue!"

"The house cleanliness and accommodations exceeded our expectations. The listing pictures were not doctored up. The house was truly as beautiful, if not more, than what was portrayed. You could tell the house has been well cared for and cleaned. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay. We spent about 90% of our time in the deck. The rocky beach and improved path was used daily. The kitchen supplies were top quality. We were not disappointed. The first morning we saw a whale across the sound. We appreciate the binoculars that were provided."
