"Great location to access Mt. Rainier; literally quarter of a mile away from the house. House is perfect for 2 people, cozy, quaint, clean."

"Relaxing experience, our dogs loved the river and great locations. Only feedback is to perhaps make sure all neighbors understand to keep the noise level down after a certain time. Friday night the neighbors to our left side with the tree house we’re playing loud music all day until 9pm at night. It made it hard to enjoy the peace and quiet in the backyard and jacuzzi. As well as, announcing how close the neighbors are to the house due to us having dogs. Thank you!"

"This house fit all 9 of us comfortably. The old house is a little creaky, but has lots of character. Having three bathrooms was a plus! It has absolutely everything. All the kitchen stuff you would need, lots a games and puzzles, a large deck and yard with lots of outdoor furniture and even a propane heater and fire table. We stayed there for my son's wedding at Thornewood Castle, and my whole family had a great time."

"My family plus friends needed a place where we could all gather. Dustin was an incredibly gracious host who was very helpful an accommodating. His details were through and it allowed us to enjoy our time together without having to chase questions down."

"The house was just as the pictures showed. Everything was very clean, the bed was so comfortable! Anything you could possible need in the kitchen was there. The home was very easy to locate in a quiet, private area. This would also be a great house if you had children as it has a huge yard, stream running through the back of the property and lots of places to explore. It was just a short drive to Mt. Rainier. Packwood is a cute little town. If you need groceries, there is a great grocery store...

"Great location, though the neighbors window peers directly into the hot tub area, there is a little privacy screen you can draw around the tub. Theres TV, a firepit, and it stays very warm inside! Theres a lovely little neighborhood park you can walk to with a pond. The neighbors seem like they just want to be left alone, which means they leave you be, and thats why we came out here. The deer come right up to you all hours of the day!! The coffee bar is a lovely touch, and all things we needed...

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is in the process of being developed into a wedding venue. There is a stunning view of Mt Rainier out the rear windows and deck. (I wish I could include some photos.) The bedrooms, living/dining areas, kitchen and basement family/game room were all very nice. "Everything was great except the big bathtub, it wouldn't hold water Friday night. I figured out the problem Saturday evening and fixed it. Other than that highly recommended."

"Loved staying at this Lake House! We were there for a Celebration of Life and it was so nice and comforting to come “home” to such a cozy place with a beautiful view! The hosts have thought of everything and it really feels like you’re at home. The beds are comfy. The house has so many windows and skylights—it feels happy! We loved watching movies at night and watching the sun set on the lake. Highly recommend!"

"We had everything we needed and then some in this lovely home in Ashford. Had some struggles with the remotes and noted that one notification we had (from VRBO??) listed the address as 159 while the owner’s message reported 157. Loved the shower but found some of the knobs were reversed and I go about how to adjust the heat beyond 100 degrees would have been helpful. We would highly recommend this home for those visiting Mount Rainier national park"
