Thank you for the review. Our hotel can be tricky depending on the way the sat nav does take you we have 2 roads which gives access to the hotel so I am unsure which one you had used to come into the premises. As for the seal on the window I will get this actioned immediately as no one has mentioned this and of course if reception staff had asked you may have told them so I do apologise for this if there was any issues with the room noise etc if you let us know we could pop to the room and ask other guests to be quiet. The staff do regular walk around to try and avoid this. I have checked and can see the guests which was next door are work contractors and unfortunately on this occasion was late checking in compared to usual times… I do apologise for this although, we are a 24 hour operation and many people do check in late and we do ask them to be as quiet as possible. WIFI is displayed on the back of the doors along with the fire alarm times, breakfast times etc and it is also displayed at reception and the entrance of the restaurant so apologises for this error. All other feedback will be reviewed and adjusted accordingly. The heater for the building is either all rooms on or off unfortunately there is no way to adjust it room by room sorry.

Hi Jelena, Firstly I would like to apologise for the issues you had experienced... we are sorry the room you was allocated was a disabled access room our system allocates these we do not select rooms and we do not like to move anyone or do we question anyone with disabilities so therefore, we wouldn't of known so I am sorry you was disappointed with this room the whole room is designed for those with disabilities and I can understand this not meeting your requirements. Our team is always on hand and will try to move guests to fill their needs & requirements should be made aware. I totally understand this review and do apologise again on behalf of the room allocation. On the plus side I'm glad the staff was nice and a delicious breakfast. I see you said you'd never stay here again however, if you do require a room in the future please call us direct instead of booking online as this way the team can ensure you do have the room which does fill all your needs we would like to redeem our room allocation issue...

Good Afternoon, I am disappointed to hear this from any of our guests. Our rooms are basic rooms and amendments are looking to be done with us only opening as a hotel 4 weeks prior to your journey. I will discuss with house keeping in regards to the coffee and toilet roll as we do house keeping daily these should always be replenished. If you needed any of these if was aware we could of filled these more frequently if you was using a lot of these items. Again apologies for this. We hope this hasn't put you guys off using us again.
