"My sister(F61), brother (M58) and I (F64) traveled to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan for the first time. We booked this cute cabin in Au Train so that we would be close to Munising for the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. Everything in the home was as described in the listing. Clean, enough towels, outdoor space, garage parking and two full bathrooms! I especially liked the floor plan photo's so you could get an idea for size and placement of the bedrooms, etc. Front door access with the key pad was easy, although we struggled a bit to learn the sequence for locking when leaving. The weather was beautiful while there. We explored some waterfalls, Bay Furnace Historic site(great place to search for rocks!) and we're only 15 minutes from Munising and 30 minutes from Marquette. Another perk was only being a block away from the Au Train Grocery for a fresh, hot beef pasty! Voted one of the best pasty's in the area. The only things I would have like to have liked to have provided in the house were a hair dryer, iron & ironing board. Overall, a great 2 day stay and will recommend if asked."

"Cabin was very cute and visually appealing. Kitchen was poorly appointed. Minimal glassware and cookware. TV only allowed streaming services for videos - no access to live football games unless you had own direct Samsung service. For the cost of the cabin, we expected more amenities and accessibility to entertainment. No air, and in September, the cabin was hot, even with fans and windows open. Location was good."

"This is my second time staying at Da Big House. It's great if you have a big group with 2 bedrooms up and 3 down. Bathrooms are nice and wonderful hot water and awesome water pressure in the showers! There's lots of room to play games or have a fire in the fire pit; and there's also room to spread out and have some alone time. A 2 block walk and you're on the beach. The AuTrain river is awesome to kayak (did that last stay, a bit chilly to do in mid-September.) Other attractions are close by in nearby Marquette or Munising. House was clean, well stocked and had everything we needed. There was even a garage that fit our Ford 350 and ample parking in driveway."

"I love this cabin, it's located in a small town that is very peaceful and very close to the beach and very convenient either to go to Munising or Marquette. I love the high quality decors in the cabin, they are charming, manly and beautiful. The king size bed that my husband and I slept on is so comfortable, I appreciate the fence in for my doggies. The cabin is clean and has everything for daily use, If I can give this place 10 stars I would."
