"This is an older hotel that could probably use some updating, especially the carpeting. Bathroom is dated, but we found it to be very clean. The room was also very clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall, it was fine for an overnight stay on our road trip. They do not offer breakfast."

"We were there in August. Slept 3 comfortably. Only a few minutes from Munising and lots of kayak and tour boat spots. Around 40 minutes to Chapel Falls Trailhead if you want some decent hiking."

"What a great place to stay while exploring the UP with dogs! It was in a perfect location for the places we went to visit. The place was clean, had the necessary kitchen items to cook a nice meal, a five minute walk to the beach, and having the two bathrooms with the washer and dryer was such treat! The host was always available, and I highly recommend this place!"

"This was a perfect lodge for our stay on the lake! Out large family of 10 felt quite comfortable and had plenty of room to make our own space or all be together. Easy drives to the Au Train river, Munising, and of course the pictured rocks. We wished there was a more accessible spot to the water, but after a few days were glad there was a barrier for the children. (And the beaches were so close!!) Thanks for helping is make memories we'll hope for a lifetime. 3"

"We had a great stay here. Cute. Clean. Excellent location. Kayak rental across the street was amazing. Au Train Canoe and Kayak rental had the nicest owners! Would absolutely stay again."
