Beautiful view from our room, easy access from train station. The key to our room had been left at the reception desk but i didnt know that and nobody was there when we arrived. It took us a while to realize that was our key. Other tthan that, it was fine.

Only the lake is so pretty

The lake is so pretty. You should quickly forget about illegal parking fees and continue your journey happily. There was a lot of old food at breakfast.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Ebensee, with a lovely flowers at the balcony and a view to the lake. However, the church bells 🔔 were so noisy especially at 6 am in the morning that was very, very annoying..

The breakfast was top rate, very nicely decorated area, the food was all fresh and tasty. Well done hospitality. THe room was a bit cold, but i realize it was first week of cool weather, and maybe furnace wasn't at full steam yet. But the staff was friendly, the town is very picturesque, i would surely go back to this place.

Not worth the money

When we arrived, we were surprised to discover there was no one at reception just a bunch of keys on the side with instructions to who has which room. We saw no one till the morning where they gladly took our 160 Euro for what was a sub-par stay for the money. The breakfast was good but only if you are willing to wait till 8am to eat-not everybody does. The room was ok. The view from the balcony was nice. There was nowhere to hang your towel really, no AC, the room was tired, the shower could do with an overhaul, there's old paint behind the radiators they haven't bothered to cover and it really needs a fresh coat. We wont be back and we'd recommend you spend that amount elsewhere which would no doubt be more comfortable for the price.

This is an adequate hotel with amenable staff. Be aware that there is NO elevator so be prepared to climb 3 flights of stairs. I would not recommend this for anyone with any sort of mobility issue. The designated parking area was full. They dis allow us to stay on the parking spot in front of the building but since there were signs everywhere saying this was not allowed, we were a little concerned. The room was sparse but reasonably clean. Great view out the window. One thing they need to change is put glasses or cups in the rooms. Nothing to use to drink water or brush teethe. Also, no toiletries, so plan accordingly. All-in-all, the hotel is fine, but nothing to get excited about.

The toilet had a weird smell. The rooms in general are on the smaller side. We liked the beds though. The interior design isn't my cup of tea. For the breakfast I'd appreciate a few more veggie or vegan options (oatmilk, soy yoghurt).

Excelente hotel! Muy amables los empleados. Es ideal si llegas en auto, sin embargo no hay estacionamiento en el hotel está a unas cuadras pero en general lo recomiendo mucho el desayuno muy buenos Fui con mi familia y todo muy bien
