"Gunshots in the parking lot right outside my daughter's family's window, followed by huge police presence, a murder and one seriously injured. The police questioned my daughter & son in law. We have stayed here many times, but this was the last. The Speakeasy behind the hotel makes it an unsafe area. "

"everything was great until we woke up and the shower wouldn’t work. the water wouldn’t even turn on. Sasha, the front desk clerk was very rude and argumentative. i never once received any empathy or apologies, was simply told maintenance didn’t work on the weekends and my only option was to pack all your shower products and clothing and go to a different floor to a room that was available to shower in. i had to parade through a very busy hotel to the lobby to get a key and then back down a floor to an empty room to shower, while in my pajamas and bed head. then return to my room with wet hair to continue to get ready for my day. this wasn’t only me, my daughter too. no apologies, no compensation, just pure attitude from Sasha. "

"BOOK NOW! This place was SO clean and tidy! The housekeeping staff were always cleaning the floors and sweeping. The bed was the BEST part of the stay do comfortable. My husband has back issues and he rated the bed 5 star. Loved the room and amenities. Even breakfast was good. We will be back!! "

"When we first went to our room after checking in I noticed a bug on the bed, I took it downstairs on a piece of paper to show the front desk clerk (who was amazing btw!) and she instantly thought the same thing I did, bed bug! She was so nice and instantly got us a new room. She apologized for the inconvenience and made the transition amazing to our new room. "
