"Always clean, nice rooms, we always stay here and go to crosswinds casino, decently priced rooms as well! It’s a smaller, more isolated location, so not a lot of traffic and cars as it’s the only hotel on that road/area. "

"everything was great until we woke up and the shower wouldn’t work. the water wouldn’t even turn on. Sasha, the front desk clerk was very rude and argumentative. i never once received any empathy or apologies, was simply told maintenance didn’t work on the weekends and my only option was to pack all your shower products and clothing and go to a different floor to a room that was available to shower in. i had to parade through a very busy hotel to the lobby to get a key and then back down a floor to an empty room to shower, while in my pajamas and bed head. then return to my room with wet hair to continue to get ready for my day. this wasn’t only me, my daughter too. no apologies, no compensation, just pure attitude from Sasha. "

"BOOK NOW! This place was SO clean and tidy! The housekeeping staff were always cleaning the floors and sweeping. The bed was the BEST part of the stay do comfortable. My husband has back issues and he rated the bed 5 star. Loved the room and amenities. Even breakfast was good. We will be back!! "

"Fridge and microwave out. Tub wouldn't drain, and the whole place smelled moldy. AC was cold and the staff was nice. "

"Eveythibg was old and worn, cigarette burns on everything. The BREAKFAST was a couple pieces of bread for toast. A bagel and an apple. Juice machine was broken."
